Fees

Andrew’s hourly rate for mediations is $350 for two parties. For three or more parties the rate is adjusted to $150/hour per party.

For half day sessions, there is a two-hour minimum and for full day sessions the minimum is four hours.

Andrew does not charge any additional administrative fees and his base fee includes up to sixty (60) minutes of any desired pre-mediation time (time equally divided among the parties).

Review of materials or other requests requiring time beyond this minimum will be billed to the side so requesting at the applicable hourly rate (in 6-minute increments).

•All charges together with any remaining mediation fees, are to be paid at the end of the mediation. Mediations cancelled more than seven (7) days in advance will not incur any cancellation fee. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are to be divided equally among the parties.
