• Between 2016 and 2023, Andy served as the first General Counsel for a 125 year-old regional insurer. In addition, he had supervisory responsibility for Claims Legal, the company’s Special Investigation Unit and Government Affairs.

• From 2012 - 2015, Andy was Of Counsel in the Dallas office of a national insurance defense law firm.

• Between 2006 and 2012, Andy served as Executive Vice President & General Counsel for a leading national insurance wholesaler; and

• From 1989-2005 Andy served in various capacities for a leading global insurance broker, most recently as Vice President - Senior Claims Counsel.

It’s this breadth of insurance-related experience upon which Andrew relies in helping parties at mediation work together to find reasonable solutions to their disputes.
